Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law) will remain in effect.
